Step-1: Reset the App
- 1. Press
Command + Option + \
to show the app. - 2. Enter your activation code and click the Stop Monitoring button.
- 3. A confirmation dialog will appear; click Confirm.
- 4. Close the application.
Note:
If the application does not launch, proceed to the Reset All Permissions step below, and then try this step again.
Step-2: Reset All Permissions
- 1. Open the Terminal app.
- 2. Type
tccutil reset All com.oxigen.Mactos
command and press Enter: - 3. This will reset all permissions for Mactos.
- 4. Close the Terminal app.
Step-3: Remove the App and Its Traces
- 1. Open Finder and select Applications from the side menu.
- 2. Right-click on Mactos and choose Move to Bin.
- 3. Right-click the Bin icon in the dock and select Empty Bin to permanently delete the app and its files.
Step-4: Reset the Phone Service
- 1. Open any browser and go to console.theonespy.com.
- 2. Enter your credentials and click the Login button.
- 3. Navigate to My Other Licenses and reset the license key.
Step-5: Uninstallation Confirmation
TOS App has been successfully uninstalled.
Restart your Mac to complete the process.
